Giving Back

At Maravilha Retreat, we are passionate about giving back to the local community surrounding Buzios.

We open our space on weekly and monthly for donation-based yoga and meditation classes to serve the public. We also partner with APAE Buzios to sponsor day retreats for children with disabilities in the local community.

Our Partnership with APAE Buzios

We partner with APAE Buzios: Associacao de Pais e Amigos dos Excepcionas, a non-profit organization that for over 60 years has been dedicated to defending the rights of and providing services to people with autism, multiple and intellectual disabilities in Brazil.

APAE Buzios has been responsible for the social inclusion of thousands of people at various levels throughout its history. We had a day of retreat for those they support, and documented the day in the video below.
